The rules are very similar to Rugby League but with the tackles being replaced with touches.
The aim of touch football is to score tries by not getting touched by the opposition's team within 6 attempts, and placing the ball down in the try zone to accumulate points. The team finishing with the higher point score is determined the winner.
Each team can have up to 12 players (we recommend 10), with a maximum of six on the field at any time. Each team has unlimited substitutions. The game lasts 45 minutes, divided into two - 20 minutes halves and a five minute half-time break.
